As BOSA Newsletter, Volume 11 October 2012 reported Nik Wallenda saying after he successfully walked across Niagara Falls on a tightrope and made it into the Guinness Book of World Records, his next stunt would be to walk on a tightrope across the Grand Canyon.

On Sunday, June 23, 2013 at 8:00 PM in the presence of 600 persons, 34 year old Nik Wallenda clutching a 43 lbs balancing pole in his hands, completed his tightrope walk that took him a quarter mile distance over the Little Colorado River George in North Eastern Arizona, USA.
