It’s with much sad regret that Beersheba Old Students Association (BOSA) announces the home going of Uda Beatrice Smith-Dennis “Sister Dennis” age 78 years, Beersheba Primary School Alumnus of Long Ground District, New Market, Saint Elizabeth, England and Lewisville, New Market, Saint Elizabeth, Jamaica West Indies.

Uda, the only daughter born to her parents Reginald and Myrtle Smith, Farmer and Housewife respectively, and wife of her childhood sweetheart Cecil Horatio Dennis who predeceased her many years ago; passed away peacefully in Black River Public General Hospital 4:30PM on August 20, 2015 after she was admitted to the institution after she fell ill at her home at Lewisville.
