Beersheba Old Students Association (BOSA) has by Jamaica Post Office Registration No. 5203 Certificate of Posting of a Registered Article dated July 29, 2013 served a seven day ultimatum on the Chairman of the School Board at Beersheba Primary School (Government Leased), New Market, Saint Elizabeth, Jamaica West Indies to reimburse the Association and Vincent Samuels all outstanding amounts incurred between August 17, 2009 – March 22, 2013 to defray the cost of auxiliary school fees and other inescapable miscellaneous expenses for Shanisa Jones, Grade 10 student at Saint Elizabeth Technical High School (STETHS) and a qualified beneficiary of James Richards Educational Trust Fund.
