Beersheba Old Students Association (BOSA) has by Jamaica Post Office Registration No. 5203 Certificate of Posting of a Registered Article dated July 29, 2013 served a seven day ultimatum on the Chairman of the School Board at Beersheba Primary School (Government Leased), New Market, Saint Elizabeth, Jamaica West Indies to reimburse the Association and Vincent Samuels all outstanding amounts incurred between August 17, 2009 – March 22, 2013 to defray the cost of auxiliary school fees and other inescapable miscellaneous expenses for Shanisa Jones, Grade 10 student at Saint Elizabeth Technical High School (STETHS) and a qualified beneficiary of James Richards Educational Trust Fund.

The unconscionable School Board has defied and scoffed at the directive given by the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Education that all outstanding payments must be made in keeping with the ruling and decision taken by Bermuda Trust Company Limited, former Trustee for James Richards Educational Trust Fund.

In keeping with information contained in the ultimatum that has been served on the Chairman of the School Board, if no response is received on the date on which the ultimatum expires when all outstanding amounts owed to claimants must be paid, the claimants will instruct their Attorney-At-Law to take appropriate legal action, including full cost of the the litigation that the Court will decide against the School Board.
