Vincent Samuels, ASC, BBA, (Marketing Management and International Business), was born in Black River Public General Hospital, Black River, Saint Elizabeth, Jamaica, West Indies to Simeon and Margaret Samuels, (Uncle Sim and Miss Meg, Miss Meggie), peasant working class farmer and housewife respectively from “Mount Ease”, Flint Valley, New Market, saint Elizabeth.
EARLY CHILDHOOD AND PRIMARY EDUCATION
After receiving his early childhood from Mrs. Melita Cain, Mr. Samuels attended Beersheba Elementary School where he received his primary education under the guidance and nurturing of Mr. Clifford I. Chang and Mrs. Louise E. Meyler, now Retired Principals.
