BOSA Announces Home Going Of Vida Robinson “Aunt Vida”, Centenarian From Carr District, New Market, Saint Elizabeth, Jamaica West Indies – Vincent Samuels

It is with deep sad regret that Beersheba Old Students Association (BOSA) announces the home going of Vida Robinson “Aunt Vida”, 104 year old Beersheba Primary School Alumna from Carr District – birthplace of James “Dick” Richards, “Bermuda King”,Philanthropist and Icon – New Market, Saint Elizabeth, Jamaica West Indies and New York, USA.

“Aunt Vida”, centenarian and the oldest person in Carr District and Beersheba Primary School Community, passed away peacefully at the home of her family members in New York, USA with whom she has resided for many years since she migrated from Jamaica.

“Aunt Vida” leaves children Eneth and Rudolph “Ruddy”, Beersheba Primary School Alumni and several other family members, relatives, friends and well-wishers to mourn her passing.

Thanksgiving Service for the life of the deceased will be held at The Beersheba Moravian Church on February 21, 2015 followed by internment in the family plot at Carr District.

Beersheba Old Students Association (BOSA) wishes to convey condolence to all bereaved family members, relatives, friends and well-wishers as they grieve and mourn the loss of their love one.
