Bosa Announces The Passing of Lyndon A. Brown and Thanksgiving Service

To all Beersheba Elementary/Primary School Alumni in Jamaica and the Diaspora:

It is indeed with much sad regret that Beersheba Old Students Association (BOSA) announces the passing of Lyndon Astil Brown, age 76 years, Beersheba Primary School Alumnus, Linguist, and retired Teacher at Cornwall College, Montego Bay, Saint James.

Lyndon Astil Brown, an Achiever and Trailblazer whose mother Mrs. Violet brown “Miss Vie”, housewife, passed away the same day he was sitting Common entrance Examination at Beersheba Primary School his alma mater, was an erudite extraordinaire in academia.

Lyndon whose father “Mas Dan” predeceased him many years ago; has left behind his brother Vincent M Brown, Retired Trained Teacher Beersheba Primary School and Wilbert Brown, Retired member Jamaica Constabulary Force and member JCF Band to grieve and mourn his loss.

Thanksgiving Service for the life of Lyndon Astil Brown, Beersheba Primary School Alumnus, Linguist, Former Teacher Cornwall College, Montego Bay, Saint James, Jamaica West Indies, will be held at The United Church of Jamaica and Cayman, Market Street, Montego Bay, Saint James on Saturday, August 26, 2023 commencing at 10:00 AM.
Lyndon Astil Brown, erudite educator extraordinaire, will be laid to rest at Hill View Memorial Park, Orange, Saint James after the Thanksgiving Service. “Sunset in one land is sunrise in another.”
