BOSA Announces The Home Going Of Mrs. Sybil Mae Sampson-Clarke, Educator Extraordinaire – Vincent Samuels

It is with much regret that Beersheba Old Students Association (BOSA) announces the home going of Mrs. Sybil Mae Sampson-Clarke, 88 year old Educator Extraordinaire of Black River, Saint Elizabeth, Jamaica West Indies.

Mrs. Sampson-Clarke, widow of Mr. Edward Clarke, former Inspector of Poor, Saint Elizabeth Parish Council and mother of Michael Clarke, Attorney-at-Law who both predeceased her many years ago, taught at Black River High School and Saint Elizabeth Technical High School.

Mrs. Sampson-Clarke passed away peacefully at Black River Public General Hospital on January 26, 2016. Mrs. Sampson-Clarke who is well loved and admired by all her past students in Jamaica and the Diaspora, leaves behind sons Milton, Donald, Philip, Richard, family members and relatives and her church family at Black River Methodist Church to mourn her loss.

Thanksgiving Service for the life of Mrs. Sybil Mae Sampson-Clarke will be held at Black River Methodist Church on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 11:00AM after which she will be laid to rest in the church cemetery.
