Lewisville Branch Library, New Market, Saint Elizabeth Will Get Internet Service In 2014 – Vincent Samuels

The Director General Jamaica Library Service has responded positively to the petition made by Beersheba Old Students Association (BOSA) for Internet Service to be provided at Lewisville Branch Library, New Market, Saint Elizabeth.

The Director General assured Beersheba Old Students Association (BOSA) in her response that Lewisville Branch Library will definitely be included among several Branch Libraries in rural Jamaica that will be provided with Internet Service in 2014 from a philanthropic grant of JMD 2 million that Bill and Millander Gates Foundation has made to Jamaica Library service.
The provision of long awaited Internet Service to Lewisville Branch Library is invaluable to High School students and adults in New Market and adjoining communities who are involved in school and research projects.

With the announced provision of Internet Service to Lewisville Branch Library, Beersheba Old Students Association (BOSA) is renewing its petition and plea to Grace Kennedy Remittance Services for the global conglomerate to enter into early contractual agreement with Selvin “Sadam” Coote, self-made business entrepreneur, to provide Bill Express/Western Union Money Transfer at his multi-complex business establishment at Lewisville, New market, Saint Elizabeth.

Visitors to BOSA website and valuable readers of news articles posted thereon, are invited to view and read the initial petition that Beersheba Old Students Association (BOSA) made to Grace Kennedy Remittance Services in support of the global conglomerate giving its approval for Mr. Coote to operate Bill Express/Western Union Money Transfer to serve people in the impoverished, poverty stricken, peasant farming New Market and several adjoining communities who have to commute 20 miles to the town of Black river to obtain this service.

    This is great news to the New Market communities and especially to the school children with the ability to learn and cannot get the tools to do their work. Thank you for fighting for our Beersheba School Children so that their lives can be improved and they will not be left behind in this technology age. Great Job! Mr. Samuels.
